These are the rules for using LudoX. By creating an account you agree to them.
Tokens are not money. They are points inside the game, used to join tables and nothing else. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred to another person or another account.
Tokens can be bought through Google Play, won at a table, earned by watching an ad, or given away by the game. Buying tokens is a purchase of a digital item that is delivered immediately.
If your account is closed, any tokens on it are gone with it.
Premium is a monthly subscription sold through Google Play. It removes the ads you did not ask for and marks your profile. It renews every month until you cancel it, and you cancel it in the Google Play app, not here.
Every payment goes through Google Play, so Google's refund rules apply and Google decides. Ask through the Google Play app or at Google Play support. We can credit tokens that a payment failed to deliver — write to us and we will check the record.
Accounts are closed, without a refund, for:
Chat between friends is end-to-end encrypted and we cannot read it. That also means we cannot moderate it. If someone is abusive, block them in the app and report them to us — we can act on the account even though we cannot see the messages.
LudoX is provided as it is. We try to keep the servers up and the game fair, but we do not promise the service will never be down, never lose a match in progress, or never have a bug. We are not liable for anything beyond what you have paid us.
These terms may change. The date at the top changes with them, and anything significant is announced in the app. Carrying on using LudoX after a change means you accept it.
